Legal
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 27 July 2026
These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you (the ‘Client’) and Flow Markets Ltd governing your access to and use of our trading platforms, liquidity, technology and related services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and not resident in any jurisdiction where our services are restricted. You represent that funds deposited are lawfully sourced and beneficially owned by you.
2. Account Opening
Accounts are opened at our sole discretion following successful KYC/AML verification. We may request additional documentation at any time and may suspend or close accounts where verification cannot be completed.
3. Client Classification
Unless otherwise notified, you are classified as a Retail Client. Professional and Eligible Counterparty classifications are available on request subject to qualifying criteria.
4. Orders & Execution
We act on a matched-principal or straight-through-processing basis. Prices, spreads, swaps and commissions are displayed in the platform and may change without notice due to market conditions. Slippage, requotes and gap risk are inherent to leveraged trading.
5. Leverage & Margin
Leverage amplifies gains and losses. You must maintain sufficient margin at all times. We may liquidate open positions without notice if margin level falls below the stop-out threshold specified in your account settings.
6. Fees & Charges
Applicable spreads, commissions, financing charges, inactivity fees and withdrawal fees are published on the platform and may be amended with 14 days’ prior notice.
7. Client Money
Client funds are held in segregated accounts with regulated banking partners, separate from our own operational funds, in accordance with applicable client-money rules.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You may not engage in market abuse, latency arbitrage exploiting stale prices, manipulation, wash trading, use of unauthorised APIs, or any illegal activity. Breach may result in trade cancellation, account closure and reporting to authorities.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow Markets is not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses. Nothing limits liability for fraud or wilful default.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice. We may terminate immediately in cases of breach, insolvency, sanctions or regulatory instruction.
11. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
