We process personal data on the basis of contractual necessity (to provide our services), legal obligation (regulatory reporting and record-keeping), legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention, product improvement) and, where applicable, your explicit consent.

We share data with regulated liquidity providers, banking partners, payment processors, KYC/AML vendors, cloud infrastructure providers, auditors and regulators when required. We never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing.

Your data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence. Where this occurs, we rely on standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards to ensure your data remains protected.

We retain personal data for the duration of the client relationship and for at least seven (7) years thereafter, or longer where required by applicable law.

We apply industry-standard safeguards including TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, hardware-backed key management, role-based access, MFA for staff and continuous monitoring. No system is perfectly secure; you must also protect your credentials.
